Returns and Refund Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective.

 

2. Initiating a Return

 

To initiate a return, please navigate to the contact us page with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned item.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
