1. Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective.
2. Initiating a Return
• To initiate a return, please navigate to the contact us page with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned item.
3. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
